This is a practical, step-by-step walkthrough: registration, verification, bonuses, and payments — no fluff.
Getting Ready
- Ensure you are at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction).
- Have a valid email address and a mobile phone for SMS verification.
- Prepare a government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence) for KYC verification.
- Choose a payment method you intend to use – credit/debit card, e-wallet, or bank transfer.
- Check your internet connection – a stable connection prevents login or deposit interruptions.
- Read the bonus terms beforehand, especially wagering requirements and game contributions.
Registration
- Visit Genie riches and click 'Sign Up'.
- Fill in the registration form with your personal details: first name, last name, date of birth, email, and phone number.
- Create a username and a strong password (mix of letters, numbers, and special characters).
- Select your preferred currency from the available options.
- Accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy – read them briefly.
- Complete any CAPTCHA or security check, then submit the form.
- Check your email inbox for a verification link; click it to activate your account. Some casinos also require phone verification via SMS code.
Wagering Calculation
Understanding wagering requirements is crucial for bonus value. Suppose you receive a 100% match bonus up to $200 with a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Example: You deposit $100 and get a $100 bonus. Your total wagering requirement = $100 (bonus) × 35 = $3,500. You must place bets totaling $3,500 before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus. If the bonus also states 35x (deposit + bonus), then the calculation would be ($100 deposit + $100 bonus) × 35 = $7,000.
Game contributions vary. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack may contribute only 10% or 20%. For example, if you bet $10 on slots, $10 counts toward the requirement. Betting $10 on blackjack (10% contribution) adds only $1. To clear the $3,500 requirement efficiently, focus on slots with 100% contribution. The time to clear depends on your average bet size. At $5 per spin, you need 700 spins. At $1 per spin, 3,500 spins.
Important: Always check the wagering multiplier (e.g., 35x) and the contribution percentages in the bonus terms before playing.

Licence & Player Protection
The casino operates under a Curacao eGaming licence. While this allows the casino to serve international players, it does not offer the same level of player protection as an MGA or UKGC licence. A key user tip: winnings from Curacao-licensed casinos may be subject to local income tax depending on your country of residence. Always consult a tax advisor.
The platform uses SSL encryption to protect data transmissions. Responsible gambling tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. You can also contact support for help managing your play.
Troubleshooting
- Login issues – Check your username and password. Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset. Clear browser cache or try a different browser.
- Verification documents rejected – Ensure documents are clear, not expired, and match your registered name. Upload in JPEG or PDF format under 5MB.
- Deposit not credited – First, check your bank statement. If funds left your account but not credited, wait 15 minutes. Contact support with transaction ID.
- Withdrawal pending for days – Verify your account first. Check if you have met wagering requirements. Some methods take longer – allow up to 5 business days.
- Game not loading – Try switching to HTML5 mode (if available). Update your browser or enable JavaScript. Using a mobile-optimized website (PWA) often resolves this.
